I want to keep birds and animals as safe from drowning as possible. I ranch because I love and care about Animals. We are careful managers who still have Sage hens. I have board ramps in my tanks and they work good most of the time. It is sad to me that some goofy person from CSP enhancement planning made us ineligible for a good enhancement.
