Land appraiser said a UK company that bought 2 large chunks in our county plan on a minimun 25-30 yr. holding period compared too lawyers or Docs who will flip them on a $1k appreciation. FWIW never heard of any cash rent reductions or non-payments and still see pretty much everybody looking for more land
