Subject: RE: Arthritis medication for knees

Highland Center, in Southeast Iowa

Not knees, but hands.......I had taken generic glucosamine condrointin before and had no relief at all.....a waste of money. Earlier this summer on the suggestion of a relative, tried the brand name Osteo-BiFlex, and lo and behold, it either really helped, or the situation cycled for the better coincidentally. Guess I can't really state without a doubt that it was the BiFlex, but within about 2 weeks of starting it, the issue with my hands/thumbs really improved. Might be worth a try for you. Aleve helps also, but I know some folks have trouble taking that. Good luck!
