When we started tiling 5 years ago I spent quite a lot of time checking into whether this was something we wanted to try to get into. I visited with some custom guys and hired one of them to some tiling to see how they did it and then I asked them which tracter plow they would consider if they were buying one and they told me the waynes plow was the most like the professional plows, like the Bron plow for example. I think you are better off with a tractor mounted plow to transfer the draft and give you better grade control and traction. The downside is hooking up but you get used to it. As far as lasers go spend the money and get a good one. It will frustrate you to no end if you are having troubles with the laser. The new ones level fast and aren't fussy on how close to level you have it on the tripod. The one we have has the remote control to change grade from the tractor. Its nice to be able to look at the remote and double check the grade to make sure it is dialed in right.
