| We haven't grown milo for a few years, but due to herbicide resistance in our soybeans, we decided to put in 350 acres of milo this year on our worst fields. It looked like the rains were going to drown it right after planting, but it pulled through. We've been blessed with quite a bit of rain since planting and this is what we have. I don't want to say too much as it isn't in the bin yet, but it's looking pretty decent. It's Pioneer 85G03 and we were shooting for planting 2.9 pounds per acre. Planted on June 25th close to Wichita, KS. It looked pretty thick when it came up, but this year it's working.
