Same farm as t-boss SC IA

I was surprised to see a .6 loss this morning. I had a couple of days that I didn't eat as well as I should have...or in my mind I felt that way. Apparently I did ok after all. It's not a big loss but it's going the right direction & that's what I'm after. I'm finally settling into a routine with the carbs that seems to work for me. I'll find out in January if it is worth it or not!
