I would have them pay for supplies up front. Then figure out how much time is involved and charge a set rate per hour. That way if someone wants a larger one she can do that. IF someone does not end up paying for finished product she is not out material costs. She can resell it. I would think at 14 maybe mim wage would be the place to start. Good way for her to learn to budget and start saving and manage her time
