Same farm as t-boss SC IA | I lost 1.2 lbs this week. It may have come from walking at the fair Friday & pushing a stroller for 3 hrs!! At least my body said that was the reason. I'm not used to hauling grandkids around & I had the aches that night to prove it! Maybe I should do that more often!! I ate what was wrong a time or 2 but if I take those small portions to satisfy the craving...then I don't feel so bad. I'm just happy to be going down instead of staying the same or gaining. Here's hoping this week goes well for all of us! |
