We just had ours bypassed also and talked to my crop consultant and he said approx. 31 lbs potash, 54 lbs phos and 11 lbs of sulfur would be removed plus some nitrogen and the organic matter. I was thinking around a $100/acre for it. If we don't get it chopped off it will be a lot more work and more trips over the field because that sweet corn can be a mess to get worked down but all the green stalks would be good to have worked in.
