To everyone who uninstalled KB3035583: if you have Windows update set like I do to "check with you before downloading and installing updates," run Windows update and IIRC, KB3035583 will appear again in the list of updates and will get reinstalled if you're not paying attention when selecting updates. If so, then right click on it and "hide update."
