Concordia Parish La.
Cant help U with the dreams, the alarm thing maybe, back years ago I found myself setting the alarm 30 min. ahead of when I needed to get up, I would hit the snooze button a couple times, I broke my self of that by setting the alarm for what ever time I need to get up, I also move the clock away from the bed, I had to get up to shut it off, I then went and wash my face with cold water and got my day started, now I am much older and don't use a alarm except during hutting season, I still get up around 530, the first thing I do is splash my face with cold water a couple times, them brush my teeth and I am ready for the day

as for the dreams, U might change up what U are eating late, I think some kinds of food effect us in different ways, I fine going to bed on a full stomach, is not good for me,
