My idea was to take the $18,000 for the tender. Put it in the ground in tile. Then get a 5 year loan on a tender. The $ gained from the tile in theory should make the tender payment...
I'd like to see the math on the 18k in tile making a tender payment. Pattern tile costs about $1000 an acre unless you own your own tiling business..
