I take it that there are treated beans mixed with untreated seed beans, and not treated seed mixed with untreated bin run beans. Why can't you run the beans back into tote bags or boxes and store them till next year. Take germ samples and then increase the seeding rate accordingly next spring and plant them or can't these seed beans be sold at a discount to customers based on germ content and planted next year? Customers agree to plant "as is" with no recourse. If they are RR work something out with Mother M so they get their $. 50% off may get some takers.
