Central Ga | After a rough start with no rain for most of the month of May, timely rains and heat have really pushed this crop along and it looks really good. Not much visible difference in dryland and irrigated. The next week could be problematic as we are looking at mostly cloudy skies and good chances of rain each day. This could really increase fruit shed and accelerate boll rot and target spot which are pretty significant in some fields. DP 1553, Phy 333 and 444 look really good.
