Subject: best way to rent crop land?

Southern IL

looking to pick up a few extra acres, approx. 60a of decent crop land, well drained, in hay now. I cash rent all my other ground. whats the other options I have? what works for you guys? looking to minimize risk, with these crop prices coming up. ( I already do this hay on shares now, landowner has a little common sense also) thanks
