| if u shoot a round of golf, and beforehand project a certain score.......and then adjust that projection every 3rd hole......and u are the one keeping the score throughout the entire round? i bet no matter what the reality of actual score was, you could come pretty close to the original projection?
plus, does no one recall finding 300 million bushels, losing 300 million bushel or having residual bushels deviate 500%? not too mention going back several years afterward and readjusting/updating certain numbers???????
to say the USDA hit a "bullseye", is much akin to suggesting only Ronnie Milsap could thread a needle with a camel! lol | |
