I guess do mine backwards.Husk it and cut the corn off put it in a gallon pot ,put a little water with it and a stick or two of butter and salt and cook until almost tender.Put in quart bags and push air out and lay flat on cake pan and freeze.
Exactly the same but milk instead of water to help from sticking to the pan.
