If you are an AG customer with 3 phase they charge you a standby charge based on how many hp you have Regardless of use or non use. Then you get the "discounted" AG rate. Former machine shop in the area moved from the rural area to a light industrial area in town a few years back and without the standby charge but higher commercial rate his bill was cut in half.
