The local coop here charges 30 bucks a month minimum for single phase service and 80 bucks a month minimum for 3 phase service. Even if you don't use any electric you still have to pay those minimum charges so it's best to only have 1 meter per location if you can get by with it. AEP doesn't have any charges like that.
