There is a way to get on the same line without transferring via usb. You need to use latitude and longitude to do it.

Have the first combine set the line (not moving) Grab the lat and long from the pro 700 with heading.

The second combine hits the little globe. Then enters the coordinates and sets the heading. (could be backwards on that been a while)

The second combine selects heading then hits the globe button to enter the coordinates.

Watched a youtube vid to verify order.

This will work. However, the degrees of precision/resolution that are displayed onscreen for the heading are not exactly the same as the degrees used for autoguidance. For example, Combine 1 sets an AB line with a heading of 23.456 degrees. This is displayed in the Swath Info window as 23.5 degrees. Combine 1 operator tells Combine 2 operator to create a new Heading line at 23.5 degrees. The two lines will not be exactly parallel, because the first line is at 23.456 and the second line is at 23.500. On short passes, you probably won't notice. On longer passes, it may become obvious.

If BOTH machines create Heading swaths with identical headings (BOTH create lines at exactly 23.5), then this is not an issue.
