Southern Illinois | This is the 3rd year I have sprayed Anthem on corn and I have to say I have literally seen zero escapes outside of ground that flooded late in the season. Now, we also go with a full rate of atrazine which helps I'm sure but I still never saw this level of control with our other pre's and atrazine. I am wanting to try it on beans but I need to find another pre-emergence chemical(s) I like as much on corn as I do anthem. This year we had very good luck with Authority Max but we had good rains immediately after spraying so it was perfect conditions. Other years it seems like we are back in the field 3-4 weeks later. | |
