NW IL, Mercer County | How come it wouldnt work? Do you have to run row cleaners aggressively? I'm not familiar with wheat stubble so pardon my lack of knowledge. I spray valor xlt and fierce 2-4 weeks ahead of planter. No till corn stalks. I try not to run row cleaners too low but sometimes they throw a little dirt and I get a few weeds in the row. Ideally I would spray it 7-10 days ahead but try to plant corn and beans simultaneously.
