If you have city folks living by them it may be an issue. The first time I planted the radish, I was blown away by the stench in the air when the radishes were rotting in the spring. I had some neighbors who politely asked if I not plant them by their houses again. I completely understood their concern. I also planted that year in early august after wheat..they got big and fragrant! Proceed with caution.
