Depends on how big you want the radishes to get. If you over seed them you will end up with thousands of small ones. I honest believe 1 seed per square foot would be plenty if you want really big ones. A radish will easily cover 1 square foot if it has no competition. That would leave you with 43500 one foot deep holes per acre to break up compaction and to add vegitation. Getting them spread evenly like that may be another story but I've learned too many isn't a good thing.
