King City, Mo | I would not spend time on two seeding passes. That's $15+ per trip to drag planter or drill across the farm.
I'd get $10-15 per acre of seed and toss it all in the drill and go. Even if to was just left over treated bean seed a dealer was trying to find a home for cheap.
If you were going beans I'd suggest Sudan grass as it'll grow allot of tonnage and roots. $1# or seed or less and sow 10#. | |
