After reading a recurring recommendation of putting soybeans on PP acres, I checked with RMA and FSA and their recommendation has not changed from the past. DON'T DO IT!
Any use of a harvestable crop as a cover on PP acres is grounds for denial of a PP claim, so proceed at your own risk.
