Southern MN | Back in the day when the 4020, 1256, 4455 Magnums rolled off the assembly line, wasn't that high-tech and high priced stuff compared to the equipment that was used 30 years prior. Is it possible the guys that started farming with horses or open cab gas tractors were making the same negative comments about the very same equipment that you look back on and consider plain old equipment? I just think at one point Archie, you were the young buck in someones eyes, and they were probably wondering if you would have gotten anything done in the 20's, 30's, 40's without your 4020. The difference though is that those old timers that thought you were a young buck didn't have the internet and computers to to share their thoughts on, but you do.
