Half of running a hand sprayer is who is handling the wand. seen a lot of people who soak stuff until it drips off all the leaves. when that happens the water sticks but the chemical drips off IMO. Round up I like it to be half way between a mist and a stream and use 4 oz in 3 gallon ideally, but normally a glug. 24D or dicamba i move to a stream and use about 3 oz because im generally going for bigger brushier stuff. when doing that i use diesel and spray when i see the first leaf change colors.
