north-central Indiana west of Fulton | You can't be too far from me Tim , and there is a lot of corn around here that looks like that. Get a few miles away it is much worse . Just too much moisture. Neighbor thinks earlier planting date is better. We have no-till corn that was planted first but after beans that looks great. We also have later planted corn where the ground was worked that is uneven and yellow like your picture. Probably not as well drained to start with though. Corn after corn no-till is not something we do but I think too much water is the biggest factor . |
