SE Illinois | With all do respect, I don't like your assumption that all co-op agronomists should be grouped into one category. You should probably rethink that on a case by case or person by person basis. I worked as one of those for 10 years before quiting to farm full time. If anyone claimed that was my goal.... then they didn't know me at all. If they can't see what is in the best interest of the farm its a personal thing not a group problem. The people you speak of may have a couple good years of sales but we all know that is not the key to a long sucessful career. | |
