As usual, I'm amazed at what some guys pull. I tried a 30' with a tbh 195 cart 1860/1900 behind the 7820. It could pull it slow(5ish) but very hard on it. If conditions aren't ideal, it would stall it out in a little wetness. With a TBT, you may get by, but still I would say your pushing it. The drill is 7.5". That will make a big difference. Some pics above were 15". Run is on a jd 9100 now.
Jr I'd have to agree I would want nothing smaller on it. Neighbor pulls a 30ft 7.5 spacing with a 8300 hp is not always the issue but just what the tractor weights let's face it a full tank and with drill the combo weights more then the tractor. I'd trulely like a 9200 or 9200 for this but my 9420 is usually on planter duty with the higher hyd demands. Mabey someday I'll get a small 4wd to replace It much prefer farming with the 4wds then the fwa. |
