BarG I pull a 30ft 10in spacing 1850 with a 230bu towbetween 787 cart. With my 7920. Works just fine. Some steep hill it will pull down decent with a full load can run 8mph on flat but going up hills pulls down to 4 most of the time I am averaging about 5-6mph with it depending on crop planting.
I'm east and north of chamberlain sd about 40 miles to give you s terrain idea not flat but not real hilly either some of your steep stuff by wall with a full load might be down to 3mph fully loaded depending on cart size. Would defiantly consider towbetween over tow behind I've had both with mine and it's nice to have the weight on the tractor for getting around otherwise alittle sketchy running road gear with the setup. I have pulled mine around a bunch loaded with the towbetween but you gotta be a bit carful. Would not dream of it with a tow behind though. |
