I'm gonna be the one, PVC will explode like a pipe bomb. We use 1/2" and 3/4" pipe 2-4' long with a ball valve.
Some people have no common sense, it is never under pressure!!! there is always a 3/4 end open pretty sure it needs to be under pressure to explode!!!!! DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you really like lugging around a heavy pipe go for it, I will take a plastic pipe that weighs just a few ounces any day and does not get hot either.
