NW Barton County Missouri | This is probably the first time I have ever cussed a rain in July. It's done nothing but rain every few days since May 8th, I've had over 25inches alone at my house. A lot of the corn looks okay but a far cry from last year's record crop. Soybeans, who knows? Have a few fc planted, don't know if we'll get anymore planted. What is planted could be good if the weather works out. Wheat is complete garbage and muddy. I don't see many db crop beans getting planted unless the forecast changes, guess we'll try to PP those. I know we're just a drop in the bucket but it doesn't make it any less frustrating. Be glad when 2015 is over. |
