No experience with the terragator but with pull type sprayer the only plants that don't stand back up are the ones that the tires of the sprayer go over. The tractor tires don't bother it. But what makes the innoculant not work? Makes a person wonder how many of those things actually work. There's really no way of knowing. It really doesn't matter how long its been since its had beans, if there's no nodules then i would say its not working.
