How do they arrive at the conversion factor? Do they know the gallons produced and figure the bushels used with the factor or do they know the bushels bought and figure the gallons or do the ethanol plants report? Does the enogen enzyme effect the factor or is it just cost savings benefit? I would suppose the plant breeders can breed for higher producing ethanol hybrid also.
