Late, late, late(r) plant beans. Any insight?

PROSPECT, TENNESSEE
"here" We usually bump the population on late beans. "Late" considered June 15 to July 1. I planted my wheat beans, aka. double crop beans, around the 10th of June. I used a normal maturity for our area. 4.7, and bumped the population to 165,000 from 140,000. We replanted some last year in wet spots in July @200,000, harvested in November, they were nothing but stalk, wayyyy to thick. Im in a 19" row also.
