| Tasty barbecued lamb chops and merguez (lamb+beef) sausages, for a change from steak?
I made some yesterday for friends and family, with couscous.
You can also make a tandoori or preserved lemons marinade, put a whole or cut chicken in it overnight, then barbecue or roast the chicken the next day. There's not much to it as for preparation, but the end result is amazing if you pick up a good free range chicken. and the right ingredients and spices (and beer!) for the marinade. | |
