southern MN | Sounds like most of the 1990s in my back yard. Its miserable, I still remember too well.
Yellow stunted and missing crops,I remember one year dad walking the bean fields in front of the combine to find areas I could follow, so we could get fields open. Ran the disk down those areas the following day to dry out ground, so I could combine a round or two on each side the following day. At least the combine stayed light, as the poor stunted crops weren't filling the hopper very fast.
Long, long days.
