King City, Mo
Spray rup and a good dose of 2,4-D.

The 2,4-D will get the twh and rup will get the grasses. You'll have to wait to plant and would need to reread the 2,4-D label.

Could go a mix of Sudan/millet, rye or wheat, turnips, radish, cow pea/soybean, buckwheat, Rape seed. I'd put a cap of $10-15ish an acre on the seed cost so you may not be able to get as creative. Pp doesn't give you a big budget to work with.

Maybe soil test and if your ca is low I'd apply lime. Costs $20-35/tn per acre or so depending how far from query applied. You aren't gonna find many fertilizers that cheap....

Terraces?? - clean out the bottoms even its just using a 4020 and 3pt blade or loader. They have Prob silted in and don't work like they use to. Spend a few hrs each morning working and you'll make a big difference.

Hedgerows - Would be a good time to remove that hedge row that needs new fence.
