NW Pa.
The last 3 springs has been wet and cool here. Slugs thrive under those conditions. We run a chopping head and landoll vt. Its helps. But my best beans are where I spring chiseled. Absolutely no slug damage. This is in NW Pa. Most tillage is done in the spring.
