Mid Michigan
I wouldn't waste the $200 on seed to put soybeans in drowned out areas. Last year we had some drowned out spots and I ordered some purple top turnip seed and hand broadcasted the wet spots and had the best patches of turnips you could ever imagine. There were so many and they were so nice I actually thought about bagging them up and selling them by the highway for deer feed. Since we've had another wet spring with flooded out areas I'll probably be doing it again this year too. Turnip seed is cheap and it makes millions of the things for little money.
