ESN would be a COMPLETE waste of money on product plus cost you money by causing yield loss due to lack of available N.

Urea is perfect for this application. Treated urea at this point is a gamble... Versus a no brianer earlier in my opinion.

The canopy will help reduce volatilization but typically this time of year we moving into a drier weather pattern...

I would use it just because I want to manage risk a best I can. But I could see not using it with air applied urea because you can time it ahead of a rain easier.

I spread 900acs of urea top dress this year. I spread 100-150 lbs per acre treated and got rain within 24-36 hrs on all of it.
