In new to the hole spraying thing. We usually have all our corn sprayed with roundup by now but with the wet weather we never got it done. Looks like we might have a shot to do some tomorrow. Never spayed corn this tall before. My question is, will a john Deere 4720 sprayer work spraying it above the corn or will I need drops to get it down in the row? I want to get a good kill of the weeds that are there. Also how much gallons per acre would you guys use of water. Thanks.


My two cents, use a tip that gets the correct droplet size and use an adjuvant that will help you penetrate the canopy.
