I have heard a lot of complaints of cross pollination, but have not seen or heard of any proof in cases such as this. As far as Syngenta being at fault in this case, they had done everything that was required to release the trait. The same as any other trait that had been released up to that time. So I guess with your way of thinking, Syngenta should have been held to a higher standard than Monsanto. By the way I haven't planted any of their stuff for since 2011. There is no way that this fiasco was all Syngenta's fault. This is just a bunch of greedy lawyers trying to make themselves a big payday. Patrick | |
