EC IL | If that customer says they don't want or accept trait xyz and they get it anyway, my thought is the export company is on the hook.
Syngenta is getting the run around here no doubt but they knowingly released a trait not approved to our export customers. What makes it worse is they went right ahead and did it again this spring with duracade. I won't be apart of the lawsuit but I won't have them on my farm again because of the second act of releasing the Duracade. That one selfish act really showed me what they were concerned with, and its not us as farmers or our customers. | |
