Schochoh Ky | We run the deere 946s , they are really good machines. They have one drawback as the cutter bar is all connected with the same housing, burn one bearing in a unit and it goes to all units and destroyers them , I've had this happen twice, cutter probably had 8-9 thousand acres on it when they blew. It takes about 6-7 thousand dollars to put them back together.the new Hollands are all independent units so one can blow and that's all that breaks. We will go to new holland when we trade. | |
