I agree with Durallymax for the most part but prefer the Gates 707 that is adjustable, gives you the most flexibility. I just prefer being able to use what I can find at a reasonable price and is readily available. I personally prefer gates fittings.

If a manufacturer furnished a good Catalog with specifications and instructions would be good. I have never measured end crimp dia. , but I have mixed and matched a different brand house .. I use a 1" Parker house that has 3,000 psi working pressure and 6" bend radius vs weatherhead 2,000 psi working pressure and 12' bend radio's.

Later my Eaton Dealer told me that weatherhead has a similar line of hoses.. they are more modern per se


They do offer the crimp specs online. I know Eaton does its just hard to find.

In every brand there are a lot of different hose styles to meet different specs. Get the hose that covers most things you have at a good price, then just have the special ones made by someone else.
