Macon, IL | By 2 biggest struggles with cover crops:
1) Getting them started early enough to get fall growth
2) Killing them
Not being able to afford something like hagie system I have gone to 100% arial application because it is the only way with our harvest dates to get enough growth. This is pretty interesting option.
My question that early would there be any issues with yield impact, and what would grow if you still had active residual out there from your regular chemical program-or do you have to change that? | |
