my boys bought a 7120 ih combine a couple of winters ago, so last fall I was going to do some adjustments on it and was looking for the manual, couldn't find it, so called my salesman to see if they forgot to include a manual on delivery, he called the store where the combine originated, the store manager got a little ornery about it.

I thought what the heck is deal over a little operations manual, but my salesman came through got me one within a hour, later on I found out what the cost was on that manual.     ridiculous
